Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Sale or discounted items are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.

Return Process

  2. We will arrange for a pickup or share the return address based on your location.
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund/exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Used or damaged products not due to our error
